We are open and honest, and want you to be crystal clear in what you’re agreeing to. We’ll take the time to go through your services and answer any questions, however you may find some of the answers below.
On our initial chat, we will discuss your existing marketing activities and identify any gaps. We’ll recommend methods that can help to boost your business visibility.
As an example, 10 hours a month could include
- 2 weekly social media posts to 2 platforms
- Bespoke social media images
- 1 monthly blog, posted to your website
And 14 could extend to
- 1 newsletter template set out and sent
- Newsletter copy added to your LinkedIn for extra visibility
If you’re looking for a regular marketing team member, but would prefer not to recruit as an employee, this is the solution for you.
Using our expertise, we will spend one day a week (or as requested) to manage your marketing activity across a range of areas – email marketing, data collection, social media, updating your website, setting up events, merchandise, marketing materials, print requests.
As we’re based in Somerset, all work is carried out remotely. We use a time tracking tool called Harvest, and happy to provide timesheets at the end of each month.
If you find that you’ve used up all resources before the end of the month, or perhaps something has come in that required immediate attention, we’re happy to place you temporarily on the next Package band up. This will then reset to your original Package at the start of the next month.
In order to give your marketing a good chance, we insist on a 3 month minimum contract. At the beginning of the final month, we’ll contact you to check whether you’d like to continue or make any changes.
Of course. We understand that sometimes things crop up. Give us a call and let’s discuss the best route for you. Campaigns and events tend to require additional time and effort across multiple channels, so it may be better for us to quote on a bespoke package to fit your needs for the temporary increase in resource requirements.
We use several online software tools and systems to help us deliver our digital marketing services. These include:
- Email services: MailerLite, MailChimp, Email Octopus
- Design: Canva
- Sharing: OneDrive, Google Drive
- Tasks: Asana, Trello, Miro
- Website: WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace
If you are using a different tool, that isn’t listed above, we are adaptable and will quickly pick up how to use it. If you use MailChimp, Canva and WordPress simply provide us with Admin rights to allow us to work our magic!
If there’s a subject you’d like us to select, just let us know, or together we can set out common topic areas to base the blog on.
We’ll do the rest. When it’s ready for your review, you’ll have the opportunity to add any expert knowledge or feedback before it’s published.
We are happy to publish the blog to your website and refer to in social media posts, encouraging more web visitors.
We are happy to share our knowledge and tips in a 1:1 Coaching Session, based on social media, Canva or email marketing. We also have a pre-recorded training programme available on Canva for Beginners. You can access the training here.
Canva is great for creating a brand folder, colours, font and style. If you already use Canva, add us to your Team and provide permission to selected folders.
If you don’t have Canva, we are happy to create our own folder and share the designs with you. In order to keep consistent, we’d request access to brand guidelines, logo and any company imagery.
