So what have been your key highs and lows of the last three months? What key changes have you noticed?
For me, its been flexibility. I won’t lie, it hasn’t been an easy three months, but I have made it work for me.
As a mum to a lovely and cheeky 6 year old, life is never relaxing (unless you’re a Marvel fan). And I’ve spent most of my mum years keeping my fingers crossed that I’d find the perfect job that offered the right flexibility for me, to create the perfect home/work life balance.
Lockdown has shown larger businesses that remote working and flexibility works. It has proven to increase efficiency and job satisfaction. And that is just what I am experiencing working for myself!
